This document forms a legally binding agreement between the ow365 platform ("we", "us", "ow365") and its users ("you", "member", "player"). When you visit the ow365 website, open an account, or use any service on the platform, you are considered to have automatically accepted these terms and conditions.

The following eligibility requirements must be met without exception in order to open an account and play on ow365:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You are using the platform voluntarily and for your own entertainment.

One Account Per Person

Each individual may operate only one account. If the same person opens multiple accounts, ow365 reserves the right to suspend all such accounts and confiscate the balances.

Identity Verification (KYC)

ow365 may verify your identity at any time for security and fraud prevention purposes. This process may require a copy of your national identity card, birth certificate, or passport. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

Providing false information during account registration, or attempting to mislead the system by changing details afterward, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.

• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the ow365 support team immediately.
• Change your password regularly and avoid using passwords that are easy to guess.

• Transferring control of the account to a third party is prohibited.

ow365 will not be responsible for any loss caused by unauthorized third-party access if that access occurred due to the member's own negligence.

Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported on ow365: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). No other methods are accepted.

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be returned.

Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal request amount is ৳500.
• The withdrawal process will begin after successful identity verification.
• Withdrawals are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• To withdraw funds earned from bonuses, the relevant wagering requirements must be met.
• ow365 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals if fraud is suspected.

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). ow365 is not responsible for any differences arising from currency conversion.

General Bonus Terms

The ow365 welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳22,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 and your total balance will be ৳32,000.

Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing winnings from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered.

Additional Bonus Rules

• The bonus applies once per account.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred as cash.
• ow365 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse is suspected.
• Each promotional offer may have its own specific terms, which will be stated in the description of that offer.
• ow365 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.

All games available on the ow365 platform are operated by licensed third-party providers. Games from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and other providers are operated to ensure fair play.

Technical Issues

If a connection is lost during a game or a technical error occurs, the outcome of that round will be determined according to the game server logs. ow365 is not responsible for any loss caused by internet connection issues.

Betting Limits

The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are clearly stated on the game page. These limits may change from time to time.

Sports Betting

Once a bet in the sports betting market has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless ow365 approves it for a specific reason. If a match is cancelled or left incomplete, the refund policy for bets will apply.

The following activities are completely prohibited on the ow365 platform:

• Fraud, hacking, or attempting to access the system by unauthorized means.
• Creating multiple accounts with the intent to unfairly exploit bonus offers.
• Using the platform for money laundering.
• Using automated bots or software to play games.

• Opening or operating an account using a false identity.
• Deliberately exploiting game errors or technical vulnerabilities.
• Conducting transactions using another person's personal information.

If there is suspicion of involvement in any of the above activities, ow365 may immediately suspend the account and hold all associated funds.

If there are legitimate funds in the account prior to closure and there are no legal barriers, those funds will be returned to the member.
